Non-Exclusive License Agreement

1. Grant of License

This Non-Exclusive License Agreement grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the digital music instrumental(s) ("Music") for personal, commercial, and broadcast purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

• Film, television, and commercial productions

3. Restrictions

5. Disclaimer

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the artist or vendor be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Music.

7. Termination

This license is valid for perpetual use of purchased content. Misuse will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
